At Frontline Wellness, we believe in giving back to those who dedicate their lives to keeping our communities safe. As a token of our gratitude, we offer free and heavily discounted trauma-informed yoga sessions exclusively for current and former first responders. What makes our approach truly unique is that our experienced facilitators are not only experts in yoga and mindfulness but are also first responders or veterans themselves. They understand the demands of the job firsthand, making them uniquely qualified to guide you on your path to wellness.

Our first responder classes are for current and former first responders and frontline employees in emergency services: Police, PSO, PCO, fire service (FRV), ambulance service (AV), state emergency services (SES) and Triple Zero Victoria (000Vic). Free Yoga Classes

Frontline Wellness is proud to offer the frontline community free weekly yoga classes. Why? Because your well-being matters.

 

We believe that providing a safe space for first responders to prioritise self-care is not just beneficial; it's essential for fostering the mental health and resilience of our first responder community.

 

Join Hayley at 10am on a Wednesday morning at the Frankston Yacht Club.

Join Elise at 9.30am on a Thursday morning at the Brighton Beach Bowls Club.

On-Site Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes are tailored to your specific needs, and we will bring everything needed to ensure your experience is seamless and stress-free.

Workshops

At Frontline Wellness, we offer memorable workshops that run between 3-4 hours, providing you with deep insights and lasting benefits. Our approach combines movement, stillness, breathwork, journaling, connection, and sound healing, with other little treats thrown in along the way.

 

Our aim is to provide you with an immersive session that takes you on a journey to restore and rejuvenate your mind and body.
