WELCOME

Our name Frontline Wellness reflects our passion to provide yoga practices to first responders i.e., those in emergency services that are or have served on the frontline of their community. Our facilitators are current and former emergency services workers with lived experience of working on the frontline.  

 

We also believe that yoga can have holistic wellness benefits to everybody, and our mission is to provide accessible, inclusive, beginner friendly and trauma-informed yoga practices to our clients, no matter the life role they hold.

At Frontline Wellness, we take pride in offering a wide range of specialised yoga services to cater to the unique needs of our clients. No matter your preference or purpose, Frontline Wellness is here to guide you on your journey towards wellness, mindfulness, and self-discovery through the practice of yoga.

For our first responders, we provide free weekly yoga classes at our selected bayside venues, led by experienced facilitators who understand the demands of their vital roles, helping participants find balance, resilience, and inner peace. We also provide an onsite service and can come to you to provide a yoga experience for your team including mindful movement, meditation and breathwork practices.
For our corporate and at work partners, we offer on-site yoga experiences that promote employee well-being, reduce stress, and enhance productivity. Our tailored corporate yoga programs bring mindfulness to the workplace, fostering a healthier, happier, and more productive team. 
For groups and events, we bring the transformative power of yoga to you. Whether you're organising a special gathering, workshop, or community group activity, our group yoga sessions can be customised to suit your unique needs, creating a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

For those seeking personalised attention, we offer private yoga lessons. Our one-on-one or small group sessions are designed to address individual goals, whether it's deepening your practice, addressing specific concerns, or simply enjoying a private sanctuary for self-care.

OUR 
APPROACH

Our classes are designed to create a safe, nurturing space that promotes healing and relaxation, both physically and emotionally. Through gentle, restorative yoga postures, intentional breathwork, and mindful movement, our classes supports the body’s natural ability to heal from stress and trauma. Modifications and variations are offered to accommodate all levels and body types, ensuring a practice that honors individual boundaries and comfort.

The trauma-informed approach emphasizes a non-judgmental, inclusive environment where students are encouraged to move at their own pace and are empowered to choose what feels best for their body. Our classes are designed to cultivate a sense of agency and safety within participants practice.
